While our roots are in General Contracting we have established excellent relationships throughout the building industry with Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors that allow us to deliver projects with equal success regardless the delivery method.

GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES

General contracting is the most familiar form of construction services. As General Contractor, clients rely on Ferrari & Sons to select and contract with the various subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.

But doing the best job for our clients sometimes requires some non-traditional approaches. We present various options, such as competitive bidding, value engineering, negotiated fee or time-and-material contracts, that may help reduce the costs or shorten the construction timeframe.

While there are many variables in the general contracting arrangement, there are also many constants when working with Ferrari & Sons. You can expect constant communication on project status, adherence to a well-conceived and deeply detailed construction schedule, thorough training and monitoring of safety procedures, and a well-managed construction site.
